What you’ll learn
You will learn the things a supervisor or manager must do, cannot do and should not do relative to a request for reasonable accommodation.
In the first module we’ll introduce you to the world of reasonable accommodation. In the
second module we’ll give you an overview of the law behind reasonable
accommodation. Module three will focus on who is covered by the law. In module four
we’ll look at the seven-step process that you can use to comply with the law. This is by
far the largest module and the most pertinent to your role as a manager or supervisor.
Module five will look at best practices, ensuring success in the reasonable
accommodation process and module six is a glossary of terms which you may need someday in your career.
