The line-up for our 2016 Reasonable Accommodation webinar series on the Americans with Disabilities Act has been set. Up first is a look back at the year 2015 federal lawsuits and EEOC settlements that shape how we will practice under the amended Americans with Disabilities Act in the coming year. We will look at a mix of cases involving hiring, termination, sexual harassment, and work place dress codes.
The webinar, held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 will end with a look at the 2015 Hiscox Employee Lawsuit Handbook which maps the states with the highest employee lawsuit risk. Following the webinar will be a question and answer session led by Roy Matheson.
